Dr. Emily Hoff

Originally from the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, Dr. Hoff began her academic journey at the University of North Dakota before earning her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Indiana University.

Originally from the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, Dr. Hoff began her academic journey at the University of North Dakota before earning her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Indiana University. After years in the Midwest, she was drawn to the charm and sunshine of South Carolina, ultimately making Mount Pleasant her home. She combines her Midwestern roots with her love for the coastal lifestyle to provide personalized and compassionate eyecare to the Lowcountry community.

In her free time, Dr. Hoff enjoys relaxing on the beach, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new places through travel. She also loves spending time in the kitchen cooking, as well as discovering and trying new restaurants in the area. She is also involved in the church community. Lastly, she stays active by playing volleyball, pickleball, and practicing yoga.

Dr. Hoff sees patients of all ages and has a passion for primary care optometry as well as a particular interest in the treatment and management of dry eye. With her patient-first mindset she strives to stay current on the latest research and advancements in the optometric field and is an active member of the South Carolina Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and Indiana University Alumni Association. She is excited to build lasting relationships with her patients to help each person enjoy their best possible vision and health for years to come.
